Glo-ball from Flos is a simple modern floor light designed by Jasper Morrison, the very simple concept behing the Glo-ball family of lights is to obtain the maximum diffusion of the lights, achieved by the use of hand-blown etched white opaline glass sitting on a gray painted steel base with die-cast aluminium diffuser support. On the cable there is the electronic dimmer that will allow the regulation of the light.

The beginnings of Flos (meaning “flower” in Latin) was born from a creative and brilliant idea. This was to create stunning objects for the home that originated with a light bulb. This would then change the italian market, by Flos using their innovative technologies to create custom pieces including the cocoon lamp. Flos design items for the home to create an unusual but contemporary aesthetic.
