Delivery Information
Belvisi Furniture delivers throughout the UK and internationally around the world.
Delivery to Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and all other UK and Irish islands will be subject to delivery charges. Delivery, are based on size, weight and destination. Please contact the Showroom on 01223 327463 for international shipping costs.
Please note: When ordering online the shipping cost is for a curbside only and is one man delivery. If you request to have your furniture delivered in any of your room and fitted, please call the showroom to discuss it 01223 327463.
Please note: As all our furniture will be made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been placed. This includes all made-to-order items as well as orders that have been put into production as per the customer’s individual specifications – eg. a specific finish or upholstery colour. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured, your item will be expertly crafted from the finest materials just for you.
Your Order
Delivery times for products ordered from suppliers vary. If you have specific requirements or deadline, please contact Belvisi before placing the order. An order may take longer before it is in stock but most of the times our suppliers will complete an order on time.
Your Delivery
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you with a delivery date.
Once a delivery date has been agreed, please ensure that someone will be there to receive the goods. Our delivery team will call you en route to give you an estimated time of arrival. Please make sure that we have your correct contact details.
The customer has to inspect the goods thoroughly before accepting delivery and providing a signature for receipt. If there is any damage or any missing items, please inform the showroom via email with a photo, you have 7 days to report any problems you might have.
Please note: Some furniture will require some fitting. If you decide to assembly the furniture yourself Belvisi will NOT take any responsability if the furniture will get damaged and not work properly. We do provide a fitting service as well but with an extra charge, call the showroom for more info.
Please note: Deliveries during August and December will be subject to a 2 week delay due to the European Summer and Christmas factory closures.
